DESCRIPTION
A fiery hazy blade strikes from under a target, dealing focus sword damage plus an additional 1d6 damage per three sword saint levels to the target’s MP. If the target has no MP, it deals damage to hit points instead. A successful Will save halves this damage. If the target does not have MP, they instead make a Fortitude save.
