Goblin ButcherAn elite version of the goblin with slightly better equipment. They might be still scrawny but they’re still in large packs.

During Combat These fighters will use martial flexibility to gain power attack getting an extra edge on their target. They tend to go for weaker targets if possible or stand back and use their longspear to hit foes behind their own allies. They use their longsword with overhand chop when the enemy comes within range.

Once per day, a goblin can launch a wind blast (+7 ranged touch attack) at a single target within 30 feet. If it hits, the target takes 1d4+3 points of wind damage and must make a Reflex save (DC 13) or fall prone. Blue mages may learn this ability as a 1st level spell (Knowledge: Local DC 17).
