Mingling amongst the commoners, influencers are townsfolk who have a higher standing within a settlement, either due to their own actions or passed down to them through hereditary.

Alignment: Any.

Hit Die: d6.

Class Skills
The influencer’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Appraise (Int), Bluff (Cha), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Disguise (Cha), Handle Animal (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (all skills taken individually) (Int), Linguistics (Int), Perception (Wis), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Sense Motive (Wis), Swim (Str), and Survival (Wis).

Skill Ranks per Level: 4 + Int modifier.

Influencer  Main Ability Scores:
The influencer mainly focuses on STR/DEX for combat.

Class Features

The following are the class features of the influencer NPC class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency

The influencer is proficient in the use of all simple and martial weapons and with all types of armor and shields.

Noble Tongue (Ex)

The influencer is able to talk to most any folk within settlements, allowing him to easily gain information or have others see his way of things. At 1st level, the influencer gains a +1 bonus on Diplomacy checks, this increases by +1 every 5 levels thereafter.

Defense Teachings (Ex)

At 3rd level, the influencer is able to pay for knightly services, teaching how to better protect himself about the cities as well as outside outfits limits. The influencer can choose to gain either Weapon Focus or Armor Focus as a bonus feat.

Land Owner (Ex)

At 10th level, the influencer has garnered enough prestige to be granted a small plot of land to do with as he pleases. He may choose from: Alchemic Shop, Blacksmith, Church, or Inn. These are stationed within his home town. Once per day, he may use the services of this building, granting him one of the listed effects:

Alchemic Shop: An immediate use of one tier 1 alchemical item, these items cannot be taken away from the store. Alchemical supplies bought from this establishment are 5% cheaper.

Blacksmith: Free repairs of the influencers equipment, or that of one of his companions. He may also select up to 5 weapons to be sharpened, giving them the effects of the whetstone.

Church: A single heal that affects the entire party for 3d6 points of healing, or removing 1 status effect from a single party member, or restoring 3 points of ability damage or drain from 1 ability score, or reviving a party member at a 10% discount for the spellcasting service.

Inn: A free nights rest that grants 2x recovery as if using a sleeping bag. This extends to his adventuring party up to a maximum of 5 people.
