The following are the class features of the commonfolk NPC class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
The commonfolk is proficient with one simple weapon. He is not proficient with any other weapons, nor is he proficient with any type of armor or shield.
Allies of the Fields (Ex)
Due to his efforts in the fields, farming crops for his fellows, the commonfolk is seen as an ally of any other commonfolk. Once per day, If he is within shouting distance of any other commonfolk he can shout for aid, having any commonfolk that are not hostile towards them to come running to assist him. Commonfolk can help in combat scenarios as well as using aid another for skill checks.
Camaraderie of Neighbours (Ex)
At 5th level, the commonfolk is well known amongst his settlement, enough to the point he can call on even more aid either through a louder voice or by others spreading the word. Once per day, the commonfolk can attract the attention of 1 Influencer and 1 Lil’ witch when using his allies of the fields (this does not count as a use for that ability), though these NPCs only help with one activity.
All Together (Ex)
At 10th level, the commonfolk can give out commands to his fellows and have them listen to them without question. Whenever the commonfolk flanks an opponent with another commonfolk, he gains a +4 bonus to attack rolls instead of the normal +2, and for every commonfolk after the first that is adjacent to the same enemy, he gains an additional +1 bonus (flanking and 2 adjacent would be +6 total). This bonus stacks with Outflank to being +6 when flanking.
