When a villager works hard through training their body and knowledge of the law they are often scouted or accepted to become a part of the city watch or guards. Watchmen gain more training in arms and armor as well as slightly higher pay for a more dangerous job. A female of this class is called Watchwoman. Gender-neutral would be Watchperson.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency
The watchman is proficient in the use of all simple and martial weapons and with all types of armor and shields.
Guard’s Gear (Ex)
At 3rd level, the watchman has his gear upgraded to align with guards of his station, he receives a set of masterwork weapon, armor, and shield, totaling 1,000 gil. If the watchman ever leaves his position or is found to be a criminal, this equipment is forceably taken back. The watchman can overwise enchant this gear as he pleases and even keeps it when he retires of old age.
