SPECIAL ABILITIES [phase i]

Auto-Float (Ex)

Storm Dragon is always hovering. This gives it movement as though it was under the effect of a float spell; this effect cannot be dispelled.

Beatdown (Ex)

Whenever struck by a melee attack as a counter attack, the Storm Dragon will return one claw strike at 3d8+28 points of damage.

Leaf Swirl (Su)

Once every 1d2+1 rounds as a standard action, Storm Dragon creates a tornado of leafs then blow them outward towards his foes hitting everyone within 60 ft.-radius-burst. Anyone in the area of effect takes 8d8 points of non-elemental damage with no save.

Wind Slash (Su)

Once every 1d2+1 rounds as a full round action the Storm Dragon can choose to do this effect twice since it reacts really quickly. The Storm Dragon uses its wings to cause the wind to slice all those in a 60-ft.-cone. Creatures within the area of effect take 15d6 points of wind damage, Reflex save (DC 34) for half damage.

Blue mages may learn this ability as a 8th level spell (DC 31).

SPECIAL ABILITIES [phase Ii]

Misty Advantage (Su) [Begins Phase II]

Once below 60% health (1009), This Burst Mode lets Storm Dragon’s misty form release, making it more difficult to hit him and empowers him. For a number of rounds equal to 1 + 1 round for every four HD, Storm Dragon gains 50% concealment vs magical/physical attacks, +5 to dodge AC, and haste. This limit break requires only a swift action to activate.

Icarus Wing (Ex) [Phase II]

Once every 1d2+1 rounds as a standard action, Storm Dragon strikes multiple times with great power towards one opponent within melee range. If he hits (+39/+34/+29), this attack does 4d6+21 points of slashing/piercing damage per successful hit.

Maelstrom (Su) [Phase II]

Once every 1d4+1 rounds as a full-round action, Storm Dragon can unleash a black, draining wind upon his enemies. All enemies in a 20 ft. radius burst, with a range of 30 feet, must make a Fortitude save (DC 34) or be reduced to a number of hit points equal to their HD. Those who are already at such a level of hit points or lower are reduced to 1 hit point instead.

Blue mages may learn this ability as a 9th level spell (Knowledge: Arcana DC 33).
