People who live within these Districts seem to acknowledge you, listen to and admire you, all the while understanding you’re not to be messed with.

BENEFIT

Gain a +1 trait bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy and Intimidation skill checks against any person who lives in District 1, beggars or bandits. This effect also extends to any Thieves guild member.
