EFFECTS
3 times per day, these bracers allow the wearer to cast Ruinga of CL11, by thrusting their fist forward, no command word required, attacking up to 2 targets within 210ft for 3d8+10 points of non-elemental damage, as well as half damage to all creatures in a 10ft radius (Reflex save 19 for half). As a full-round action, the user may fire all missiles that are left in the bracers, choosing targets just like the spell.
