As a move action, you partially dig your feet deeper into the earth, growing roots into the ground to stabilize your body. You gain a +4 racial bonus to your CMD when resisting bullrush, overrun and trip attempts made against you. Because your maneuverability is compromised, you suffer a –4 penalty to Dexterity as long as you retain this partial form. You can dismiss this effect as a free action.
