DESCRIPTION
The caster emulates Marilith condensing the inner heat of her enemies to lay them low. You make a ranged touch attack with a range of 60 feet. If successful, until the end of the target’s next round, if the target uses a standard action, full-round action, or move action more than their base speed, they are reduced to -1 hit point and stabilized after the action. The target of the spell can dispel this effect when taking ice or water damage before then. This ability has no effect on targets with fire immunity or absorption. The creature may make a Will Save as soon as they are hit by the successful ranged touch attack, and at the beginning of their turn, and if either is successful, the effect is removed with no harm to the creature.
