DESCRIPTION
The caster emulates the firestorm that the Red Dragon unleashes upon its foes. Every target within the radius takes 15d8 fire damage, with a Reflex save for half, and must make an additional Reflex save. A target who fails both saves suffers serious burns, taking 1d12 fire damage each round, with two Reflex saves each round; making one save reduces this to normal Burning, while making both saves ends the effect entirely. A target who only fails one initial save is inflicted with the normal Burning status.
