EFFECTS
After turning the second hand, or on contact after a ranged touch attack against a grid intersection, the clock makes an incredibly loud and piercing sound that cures all creatures within 30ft of it of the Sleep status. Creatures ignore the distracted and asleep perception modifiers to hear this sound and is treated as “hear the sound of battle”.
