You concentrate the restorative and destructive energies of a distant star into a small area before you.
When this spell ends or is dismissed, enemies in the area take 3d6 points of non-elemental damage for each round this spell was active (max 1d6 per caster level). At 12th level, the spell adds 4d6 damage per round, at 15th this increases to 5d6, and 18th this increases to 6d6 per round. A successful Reflex save reduces this damage by half.
Damage dealt can also heal allies within the area, splitting up the total amongst any allies in the area. This spell can be dismissed as an immediate action.
