The primal fury learns to focus their animal instincts in combat, driving themselves to be faster, tougher and deadlier. Savage Fury transforms the typical berserker into a terrifying embodiment of untamed, primal rage. This path isn’t for those who merely get angry, but for seto lions who fully surrender to the beast within, becoming a living force of destruction on the battlefield. Savage furies forgo intricate combat techniques for sheer overwhelming force, their attacks becoming less about precision and more about tearing through foes with raw, unbridled power. They might channel their fury into monstrous strength, capable of rending armor, shattering weapons, or even temporarily transforming into a more bestial form. Pain becomes a distant concept, merely fuel to their relentless assault, allowing them to shrug off blows that would fell lesser warriors as they relentlessly pursue their targets. This archetype embodies a terrifying devotion to destruction, leaving a trail of chaos and broken enemies in their wake, a true force of nature unleashed.

The primal fury is an archetype of the berserker class, available only to seto lion berserkers.

Fast Movement (Ex)

At 1st level, the base movement of the primal fury increases by 10 feet, so long as the primal fury is wearing no, light or medium armor and is not encumbered. The primal fury’s base speed increases by another 10 feet at 11th level.

This ability replaces fast movement.

Frenzied Bite Attack (Ex)

At 1st level, the primal fury’s bite attack increases to the next size category for damage. At 6th level, 11th level, and 16th level, the primal fury gains one additional bite attack per round, with each additional attack suffering a cumulative -5 penalty to hit. In effect, the primal fury’s bite attack mirrors the primary attack in number of attacks per round and base attack bonus.

This ability replaces rage forms.

Animal Rage (Ex)

When a primal fury rages, he gains a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution, a +2 bonus to Reflex saves and a +2 dodge bonus to AC. At 11th level, these bonuses increase to +4. At 20th level, they increase to +6. In all other respects, the primal fury’s rage functions and replaces a standard berserker’s rage, greater rage and mighty rage abilities.

Wild Fighting (Ex)

At 2nd level, even when not raging, a primal fury often fights with reckless, savage abandon. A primal fury using the full-attack action can make one extra attack per round at his highest base attack bonus. Until the beginning of his next turn, however, he takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls and –4 penalty to AC.

This ability replaces uncanny dodge.

Defensive Instinct (Ex)

At 2nd level, when unarmored, not using a shield, unencumbered, and conscious, the primal fury adds his Wisdom bonus (if any) to his AC and CMD. If he is wearing nonmetal armor or using a nonmetal shield, he instead adds half his Wisdom bonus to his AC (minimum 0). In addition, the primal fury gains a +1 bonus to his AC and CMD at 4th level. This bonus increases by 1 for every four berserker levels thereafter (up to a maximum of +5 at 20th level).

These bonuses to AC apply even against touch attacks and when the primal fury is flat-footed. She loses these bonuses when she is immobilized or helpless. These bonuses do not stack with the monk AC bonus class feature.

This ability replaces a rage power gained at 2nd level and damage reduction.

Kinetic Motion (Ex)

At 3rd level, the primal fury gains +1 to initiative and a +1 dodge bonus against ranged attacks. These bonuses increase by +1 for every six berserker levels after 3rd.

This ability replaces danger sense.

Terrible Leap (Ex)

At 5th level, when a primal fury is raging, he can perform a terrible leap as a move action without attempting an Acrobatics check, jumping any distance up to his move speed (upward movement counts as double, as when flying). He can leap in this way once per day per berserker level.

This ability replaces improved uncanny dodge.

Incredible Reflexes (Ex)

At 14th level, the primal fury gains a +2 bonus to all Reflex saves. This bonus stacks with those granted by the animal rage.

This ability replaces indomitable will.
