DESCRIPTION
This ninjutsu functions like Dispel, except it is more concentrated on dispelling beneficial status effects instead of any magical effects. When casting this ninjutsu, the casters caster level is considered 2 higher against effects that provide beneficial status effects such as Haste, Protect, etc.
However, the caster level is considered 2 lower when attempting to dispel magical effects that do not provide beneficial status effects such as Shield, Bar-element etc.
Unspell can be used just like Dispel in every way, and retains this bonuses and negatives even when being used to counterspell.
