DESCRIPTION
A vial shaped like the clawing blue hand of a spirit, wrapped in prayer beads, and containing a ghastly presence that grasps for escape.
EFFECTS
On contact, after a ranged touch attack, the vial shatters and releases a ghostly hand. The target must make a DC 11 Fortitude save or be drained for 1d3+1 MP, restoring an equal amount of MP to the user. If the user has no MP, then HP is healed instead.
