The superhero must spend one hour researching in the library/on the database to get this bonus, and he can research only one answer to one question, involving one skill, at a time.
- Level 2 (4 JP): His database or library grants a +2 circumstance bonus to all Knowledge, Profession, and Craft checks. The superhero must spend one hour researching in the library/on the database to get this bonus, and the superhero can research only one answer to one question, involving one skill, at a time.
